How referrals work & programme terms

Each customer receives a unique referral link/code when the programme launches. If you refer Sarah, you earn from Sarah’s qualifying payments. If Sarah refers James, Sarah earns from James’s payments. You earn nothing from James: there are no additional levels.

No commission on free trials, failed payments, self-referrals or refunded payments. Commission is a percentage of eligible subscription revenue excluding tax.

Payment details are required at sign-up. Your first monthly subscription payment is taken only after the full seven-day free trial ends. The checkout shows the exact first charge date and amount before you confirm.

Cancel before the trial ends and you will not pay a subscription charge. After the trial, your subscription renews monthly. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal; access continues until the end of your paid period.

A bank may show a temporary card-verification authorisation. This is not a subscription payment.

Currency, billing and what’s included

All base subscription prices are in British pounds (GBP). For eligible countries, checkout offers a local-currency equivalent and shows the exchange rate, conversion costs and total before you confirm. Your bank or card provider may apply its own currency fees.

Your membership brings together your website and Promo Desk tools. Connected third-party services or optional extras may have separate charges; those are not included in the monthly membership.

If you do not continue after your trial, your website and desk are suspended. Their associated content and website address are retained for 14 days after the trial ends, then automatically removed if you have not restarted. Required billing records and trial signup totals are retained.

Your subscription is managed securely through Stripe. No tax is added at checkout.

We’re Jimpy and Aubrey Fry. Between us, we’ve clocked up over 60 years in dance music, with releases on Global Underground, Bedrock, Last Night on Earth, Mango Alley, Stripped Recordings, Plastic Fantastic, Rhythm Cult and many more. We also have an album landing on Christian Smith’s Tronic in early 2027.

I’m Jimpy. I was full steam ahead through the ’90s and early 2000s, reaching No. 54 in DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJs in 2000. My music featured on Sasha’s Global Underground 13 and Paul van Dyk’s The Politics of Dancing, plus many more. These days, I’m enjoying a gentler pace—still making tracks, playing gigs from time to time and making people dance for the love of it, while leaving plenty of room for life and the things I love outside music. Alongside all that, I’ve spent 20 years developing software in iGaming.

And I’m Aubrey Fry. I’m firmly in the fast lane—fully immersed in producing, DJing and everything that comes with it. I recently reached No. 29 in the DJ Diaries Top 100, and I’m loving every minute of the ride.

We’re in different gears, but we share the same passion. By bringing our music experience and software know-how together, we’ve built Promo Desk to be easy to use, with robust foundations and careful attention to keeping your data secure.

We know how keeping websites updated, chasing promos and feeding the social media machine can eat into the good stuff.
